Condition: Previously owned, good condition for the type item and age. Observations are a tear at bottom of front cover where window is, some discoloration on cover, and writing on inside cover & first page. First page is dirty. Page dates from 1950 to 1953. Original assessment was these had been stored in a dirty shop (radiator, welding, other) environment and that was the reason for stains, other conditions issues. However as I sorted I now believe that some were in a smoke and/or fire environment. See photographs for your own assessment of condition.
